SHIPPING CHARGES:
U.S.Addresses: $4.00 1st volume, $1.00 each additional volume via media mail (can be slow). For faster delvery specify Priority Mail minimum $6.00 (large/heavy cost more). UPS ground available at $6.50 minimum.
International orders: Surface mail is standard but can be very SLOW - minimum charge $7.00. IF YOU NEED THE BOOK FASTER please specify Air Mail. Global Priority Air Mail is available to many countries (smaller books only) for $10.75; otherwise air mail will cost $14.00 average (larger books cost more).
Libraries are billed.
